The location was superb, close to many restaurants. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options. I found the exemplary customer service from every staff member amazing.
i found the gym equipment a bit old and needing maintenance.

Breakfast includes many options, and the food tasted fresh. The restaurant service was efficient and friendly. I noticed that the dining area was kept very clean and well-organized, with staff constantly attending to it.

I stayed in a superior double or twin room. the room included a minibar stocked with drinks and snacks. Prices were clearly displayed. the bathroom had both a separate bathtub and a rainfall shower. I found the water pressure strong.
the gym was quite small, though it had essential equipment.

clean reception professional staff spacious room
I found the reception area very clean. The front desk staff were professional. the walkway carpets showed wear and could use replacement. our family room was spacious, but we needed extra towels and hangers, which i got quickly.
The shower temperature fluctuated. It worked best when the bath tap was on. the shower door leaked water onto the floor, slightly annoying.

the beautiful double room provided ample space, promoting a comfortable experience. the bathroom was well-appointed and clean. it included a rainfall shower that functioned perfectly, delivering a luxurious feel for a relaxing experience.

the hotel featured a well-kept pool on the rooftop that had a fantastic view. the gym contained three treadmills and two stationary bikes. a superb breakfast buffet offered numerous options, from fresh fruit to pastries, i noticed.

good location polite staff luggage assistance little space thin towel lacking maintenance
The hotel location was very good, it was close to everything. The staff assisted with our luggage. The breakfast was good with staff polite.
My room furniture placement was not well done. There was very little space to unpack anything. The towels felt thin. The rooftop pool maintenance was lacking, with loose tiles.
